Platinum

Platinum is a research based consulting organization. All of the tools used by the organization are based on science. The same science (scientific method) taught in schools. Reliability and validity are first and foremost of importance here at Platinum. Each tool used by Platinum has good reliability and validity. This means the tool is science based, accurately measures the same each time it is used, and the tool actually measures what it was constructed to measure. Platinum doesn’t follow trends or what is popular. The main goal is to use the best scientifically valid tool for the need at hand.

Platinum was started to help individuals discover their strengths and challenges. Adults and students struggle to find their purpose and niche in the world. Knowledge of personal abilities and how to use these abilities will help carve out their desired path. Leaders with better self-concepts and self-actualization have greater success and satisfaction in their careers (Houggaard, Carter, & Afton, 2018; Harvard Business Review).

Platinum is an element with a purpose. This precious metal is used as a catalyst to refine. The refining purpose is why the name Platinum was chosen as the company name. Platinum Research and Consulting Partners is designed to refine and help individuals become the person they desire to be. The platinum refining fact is the reason Platinum’s slogan is, “A catalyst for your career”.

Our hearts will never be the same.
