Refunds

Once a consulting package has been purchased or an access code has been emailed to client, there are no refunds.

Epic Charter Schools

Platinum Research and Consulting Partners LLC is an approved Epic Charter School vendor. Those clients who use Learning Funds via Epic Charter Schools may not be able to access results until full payment is made, either by Epic Charter Schools or parent/guardian. If the client does not have enough money in their Epic Charter School learning fund to pay the full invoiced amount, the client is responsible for the remaining amount due. After the invoice is paid in full, the client may schedule a debrief meeting to discuss results.

Limitation of Liability

Platinum Research and Consulting Partners LLC is not responsible for any incorrect content or liable for any User Generated Content or other content posted on our Website or for any offensive, unlawful or objectionable content you may encounter on or through our Website. The “UGC” and the materials and products on a Website are provided "AS IS" and without warranties of any kind.

Privacy Policy Changes

From time to time, we may change this Privacy Policy. If we decide to change this Privacy Policy, we will inform you by posting the revised Privacy Policy on the Site. Those changes will go into effect on the Revision Date shown at the bottom of the revised Privacy Policy.
